Websites, systems, and special projects

See what Richard has built for real organizations.

Browse website projects first, then see connected systems and special projects that solved a broader business, workflow, or storytelling need. Each example explains what the organization needed, what Richard created, and what changed. This is a growing selection, not a complete list.

The common thread is simple: something important was harder than it needed to be.

Website projects

Websites built around a clear job.

Each website was shaped around its organization, audience, purpose, and the action people needed to take next.

A product from The Web-ster · Free Starter Website

From a blank page to a reviewed business website without the custom website price.

Richard built a guided website system for small businesses that need a clear online home now. A customer can create an account, choose the layout, colors, and fonts, upload a logo and photo, add the essential business details, save the work, return to edit it, and submit it for review.

The practical safeguard
Nothing publishes automatically. Richard reviews each website and a later edit leaves the last approved version public until the revision is approved.
The growth path
The starter page handles the essentials. When the business needs ecommerce, bookings, a blog, interactive features, deeper SEO, or connected systems, it can move into a custom website scope.

Connected systems and special projects

Work that went beyond a website.

These projects connected information, publishing, customer paths, and practical routines so the organization could keep important work moving.

The useful part is not the number of tools involved. It is that the right information finally knows where to go.

Real customer audit · Service trade disclosed

How 28 public pages became three clear priorities.

Homestead Estate Services had a substantial public presence, but customers still had to piece together important answers about services, coverage, pricing, trust, and what happened after an inquiry. Richard reviewed the public journey as a customer would see it and turned the evidence into a clear audit and action plan.

The problem

Useful service content, marketplace activity, testimonials, and local relevance were already present. The difficulty was consistency. Important service area and commission language varied, page structure was uneven, several public paths needed clearer next steps, and not every source carried the same level of independent proof.

What Richard built

A public evidence audit with a 28 page crawl, a transparent seven category score, a customer journey review, seven fully supported findings, and a sequenced action plan with quick wins and 30, 60, and 90 day priorities.

The observable outcome

One organized view of what customers could find, understand, trust, and do next. The saved public evidence rubric produced a score of 62 out of 100 in the Developing maturity band with 94 percent evidence coverage. Those figures describe the observable public system, not the quality of Homestead's service or a promised business result.

This real customer audit was provided through a service trade and is shown with permission as a work example. It is not a testimonial or endorsement. Private customer and workflow details are not included.

01

Aambé · Operating workflow

From scattered follow up to a clearer day

The problem
Important details from meetings, messages, email, and task lists were spread across several places. People had to search old conversations or rely on memory just to understand what happened, what still needed attention, and who was waiting on whom.
What was needed
One dependable view of decisions, commitments, owners, timing, and the next action, with enough context for the team to pick up the work without rebuilding the story every time.
What Richard built
Richard brought the moving pieces into a clearer operating view so the team could spend less time searching and remembering, respond with better context, and keep commitments moving.

The resultThe team can return to the work with the context intact, see what deserves attention, and move the right commitments forward with fewer missed next steps.

02

Ken Webster’s Bike Trip · Website and publishing system

From a moving target to a story people followed and supported

The problem
A 600 mile ride produced a daily stream of photos, videos, ride data, route changes, family updates, and fundraising momentum. Without one online home and one dependable process, updates could be missed or shared out of order, supporters could lose the thread, and the purpose behind the ride could get buried.
What was needed
A website, blog, donation path, and nightly routine that could turn everything from the road into one accurate story people could easily follow, share, and support.
What Richard built
Richard built the trip website and blog, connected the donation path, and created a repeatable nightly process for gathering the day’s material, organizing it, checking it, and pausing for approval before publication.

The resultThe trip became a story people could follow from day to day. The fundraiser surpassed its $6,000 goal and raised more than $9,500. The project built a following and led other businesses and organizations to ask Richard for similar help.

03

The Web-ster · Customer journey system

From a form submission to a complete customer path

The problem
The customer journey crossed forms, payment, research, a private report, a questionnaire, proposal decisions, and follow up. If those stages relied on memory or disconnected tools, customers could receive the wrong message, repeat information, or disappear between steps.
What was needed
A secure, trackable customer path that could preserve progress, send only the correct stage message, prevent duplicates, protect private reports, and keep important approvals visible.
What Richard built
Richard designed and built an owned workflow that connects public intake, verified payment state, private branded reports, choice based questionnaires, right sized proposals, stage specific receipts, saved progress, and timed return reminders.

The resultEach customer stage now has one authoritative record and one appropriate next step. Private work stays private, duplicate messages are suppressed, and Richard can see where the customer is without rebuilding the journey by hand.

More connected systems and special projects will be added as the collection grows.
