Business Visibility Audit and Action Plan

The audit is a customer specific research and planning service. It includes a transparent scorecard, source linked public evidence, Richard’s assessment of each material finding, outcome level action steps, expected outcomes and success measures, and sequenced priorities in a private branded workspace. Relevant competitor and market context is included when public evidence can support it. The report states material evidence limits rather than presenting unavailable private data as fact. Payment authorizes research to begin. Most audits are delivered the same day, usually within 12 hours.

Price

The current Business Visibility Audit and Action Plan price is $149. The website confirms the current price before secure checkout opens, and Stripe never receives a different amount from the price you approved on The Web-ster checkout page. If the price changes in the future, the updated amount must be displayed and approved before card payment.

Final sale and delivery errors

Because the audit is custom service work created for one customer, the purchase is final once payment is completed. The Web-ster will correct an incorrect amount or duplicate charge. If a report is not delivered because of an error by The Web-ster, Richard will correct the delivery problem and provide the report. If The Web-ster cannot provide the purchased report, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Read the complete Refund Policy.

Nothing in these policies limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or the customer’s card agreement.

Project credit

If you approve a qualifying implementation project and make its first implementation payment within 30 calendar days after the audit payment, the audit fee is applied dollar for dollar to that project, up to the total project price. The credit is shown separately on the approved proposal or invoice. It is not cash, is not transferable, cannot be combined with another audit credit, and cannot exceed the amount paid for the audit. A credit is used only once.

Scope and changes

The audit identifies findings and priorities. Implementation is separate work. Any implementation scope, timing, price, responsibilities, and exclusions must appear in a proposal Richard releases for customer approval.
