These are the purchase policies for the Business Visibility Audit and Action Plan. They explain what payment starts, what Richard delivers, how errors are handled, and how your audit fee can become project credit.

Final sale and error correction
The audit is customer specific service work. Once payment is completed, the purchase is final. The Web-ster will correct an incorrect amount or duplicate charge. If a report is not delivered because of an error by The Web-ster, Richard will first correct the delivery problem and provide the report. If The Web-ster cannot provide the purchased report because of its error, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Your legal and card rights remain
Nothing in these policies limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or the customer’s card agreement.
Delivery timing
Payment authorizes Richard to begin the research. Most audits are delivered the same day, usually within 12 hours. Delivery is made through a private branded workspace with a separate access password.
Project credit
If you approve a qualifying implementation project and make its first implementation payment within 30 calendar days after the audit payment, the amount paid for the audit is applied dollar for dollar to that project, up to the total project price. The credit is not cash, is not transferable, and is used once.
The audit and implementation are separate
The audit gives you researched findings, evidence, priorities, and an action plan. It does not include later implementation. Any implementation work requires a separate proposal that states the approved scope, timing, price, responsibilities, and exclusions.
Privacy and payment information
The Web-ster uses the information you provide to identify the business, prepare and deliver the audit, manage the customer relationship, and support the purchase. Card details are entered and processed by Stripe, not stored on The Web-ster website. Private report and questionnaire activity stays outside public analytics.
